A security deposit is required for monthly and termly payment plans, though this is waived for those who pay annually.

Zenith provides a range of Co-Curriculum Activities (CCA) held during school hours at no additional cost, alongside Extra-Curriculum Activities (ECA) available on Saturdays for a nominal fee. Sport options include badminton, basketball, futsal, netball, and freestyle football. Club offerings consist of the Scouts (Pengakap), the Red Crescent Society (MRCS), a culinary club, and a chess club.
