The school accepts applications online for students from KG to Grade 12. The admissions process requires a non-refundable registration fee of RO 150, followed by a RO 200 acceptance fee upon the offer of a place. All fees are payable in Omani Rials via bank transfer, cash, or cheque, and a full term's notice is required for student withdrawal.

The school operates on a term-based system, with fees payable two weeks in advance of each term. The school day runs from Sunday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
