Programmes

The school offers a bilingual programme from KG1 to Grade 12. Early years focus on foundational routines and play-based learning, while the Primary School (Grades 1-5) utilizes the Cambridge International for Primary curriculum with units of inquiry. Middle School (Grades 6-8) follows the Cambridge framework, featuring mandatory Spanish instruction and core subjects including Arabic, English, Mathematics, and Integrated Sciences. For Grades 9-10, the school offers the Cambridge IGCSE, and for Grades 11-12, it provides the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme and a GED pathway. All students also study subjects required by the Omani Ministry of Education.

Learning support

The school provides English as an Additional Language (EAL) support to assist students in their linguistic development. Additionally, a Special Education Needs (SEN) coordinator, who is a certified speech therapist and EQ assessor, leads a holistic approach to support students with unique learning requirements. Admissions

New World International School accepts applications on a rolling basis throughout the year, subject to availability. The admissions team provides support in English, Arabic, Russian, and Spanish to assist families through the application process. Admission to the following academic year is conditional upon the payment of the full first-term fee in advance.
