Programmes

Registration fee· For new admissions, a fee equivalent to 5% of the Annual tuition fees will be due upon acceptance of the Offer Letter and confirmation of enrolment. This fee is non-refundable/non-transferable but adjustable against the first term tuition fee.
Enrolment fee· To secure the seat for the next academic year, parents will be asked to pay a non-refundable re-enrolment fee of 5% which is adjustable against the first term fees.
Bus / transport· The school operates a bus service on a fee-for-service basis.

Admissions

Admission is based on academic and behavioural readiness, assessed through school records, English and Mathematics assessments, a letter of recommendation, and an interview with school personnel. The school accepts students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. Prospective families are encouraged to book a tour or a virtual appointment via the Virtual Admissions Center.

Calendar

The 2025-2026 academic year begins on August 25, 2025, and concludes on July 3, 2026. The calendar includes a half-term break in October, a winter break from December 8 to January 4, a February half-term, and a spring break from March 16 to March 29. School hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:45 am to 2:45 pm for Kindergarten and Elementary, with slightly later finishes for Secondary students, and a uniform 7:45 am to 11:30 am finish on Fridays.

About the campus

The purpose-built campus in Khalifa City A features world-class facilities tailored to different age groups. These include science labs, makerspaces, a kitchen lab, a black box theater, music rooms, and art classrooms. Sports facilities comprise swimming pools, a weight room, a gym, a basketball court, a sports field, and a running track, while younger students have access to themed outdoor learning spaces and multiple playgrounds.

Co-curriculars

The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities (ECAs), including both internal and external programmes. Students participate in the GAA House System and have opportunities for creative and service-based engagement through the Creativity, Action, Service (CAS) programme.
