The curriculum is supported by digital learning tools and small class sizes to ensure individualized instruction. The school has received a 'GOOD' rating from Irtiqaa for its positive teaching and learning culture, as well as for its National Identity program, being the only school in Madinat Zayed to achieve the latter. Student progress and attainment are monitored each semester through MAP testing and Arabic Benchmark testing.

The school provides a robust learning support program and interventions to assist individual children. To support English language learners, the school assigns a teaching assistant to English classrooms from KG to Grade 4, all of whom hold education degrees and specialize in ELL instruction. Additionally, online platforms such as Exact Path, RA-Z kids plus, and Bravo Bravo are used to support reading development.

The school maintains a transparent, student-centered admission process. Prospective families are encouraged to contact the registrar to book a tour or request information, and an application fee of 1,000 AED is required at the time of application.

The school operates on an academic year consisting of 181 teaching days. Tuition fees are collected in three equal installments, with the first due one month before the start of the school year, followed by payments on January 1st and March 1st.

The campus is equipped with technology throughout the building, including interactive boards in every classroom. Students in grades 1 through 6 utilize tablets, which provide access to digital curriculum materials alongside traditional textbooks.

Pinnacle American School offers after-school extra-curricular activities designed to further develop student interests. These programs also provide additional academic support as needed to help students achieve their potential.
