Mr. Sooraj Ramachandran is spearheading the group's Middle East expansion, including initiatives for pre-schools, student training programs, and teacher training. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and an avid reader and sports enthusiast.

Ms. Divya Rajesh Ramachandran is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of qualified experience and is a senior partner in a well-established firm. She is an avid reader and music enthusiast who also pursues dance, photography, and writing.

Dr. K. T. Nandakumar is a dedicated educationist who became the Principal of Bhavans Private International English School, Abu Dhabi, in March 2025. He has over 24 years of teaching experience, holds a PhD in Psychology, and is a certified resource person for the CBSE.

Ms. Padmaja Menon is a passionate educator with over 30 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership, specializing in Mathematics and Physics. She is deeply committed to inclusive education and has been actively involved in CBSE board evaluations for over two decades.

Mr. Dinesan P Thayyil is a passionate mathematician and educator with over 27 years of academic and leadership experience across India, Qatar, and the UAE. He is a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and Apple Certified Teacher who champions technology-integrated learning.

Janarajani Rasendran is an internationally acclaimed performing artist and educator who has been with the school since its establishment in 2010. She is a certified International School Inspector and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, a Master’s degree, and a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Teaching.

Ms. Salini Sobha has over 21 years of experience in teaching Biology, including 16 years in the Middle East. She holds a Master’s degree in Zoology and an M.Ed with a specialization in Career Guidance and Counselling, and currently serves as the Subject Incharge for Biology and Assistant Vice Principal – Assessment.

Ms. Mary Joseph has over 30 years of experience in education and counseling, holding an M.Phil. in Counseling and a Master’s degree in Psychology. She currently serves as Assistant Vice-Principal – Pastoral Care, overseeing student development and university placements.

Ms. Vanitha Walter has 21 years of experience in the field of teaching in India and the UAE and has been associated with Bhavans for 6 years. She is a dedicated educator with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth of every child.
