The school follows the IB continuum, consisting of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for ages 3–12, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for ages 11–16, and the Diploma Programme (DP) for ages 16–19. The curriculum emphasizes transdisciplinary learning in the primary years, interdisciplinary connections and critical thinking in the middle years, and rigorous university preparation in the diploma years. Early years education is provided for children starting from 15 months of age.

The school provides comprehensive support for diverse learning needs through an early intervention approach and dedicated specialists. Its Language Support Programme offers English immersion for early years, EAL support integrated into the curriculum for Years 1–6, and encourages mother-tongue maintenance. Professional counseling services and collaborative support strategies are available to ensure all students can thrive within the IB framework.

The school operates on a rolling admissions basis to accommodate relocating families, maintaining a balanced, multicultural, and co-educational environment. The application process involves submitting an online form with required documentation, followed by an age-appropriate placement assessment and a review by the admissions team. Prospective families are encouraged to schedule a campus visit to experience the school's environment firsthand.

The academic year at the school runs from mid-August to mid-June. The campus is open for operations Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Saturday visits available by appointment.

Located on a 5-acre campus in East Legon, the school features modern, sun-lit classrooms with modular furniture and digital learning tools. Specialized facilities include a library and research hub with quiet study pods, science laboratories for biology and chemistry, and an ICT and robotics center equipped for coding, 3D printing, and AI projects. The campus also includes dedicated creative studios for music and the arts, alongside extensive athletic infrastructure.

The school offers over 20 clubs and activities designed to foster holistic development. Its Sports Academy features an Olympic-size swimming pool, a gymnastics training facility, a FIFA-standard football pitch, and professional tennis courts.
