The school delivers the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for children aged 1 to 5, focusing on prime areas like communication, physical development, and personal-social-emotional development. For children aged 5 to 7 (Infant School), it utilizes a combination of the British National Curriculum and the Cambridge International Curriculum. The academic program is enriched with subjects including French, Spanish, IT, music, and Twi, alongside a systematic Jolly Phonics literacy program.

Students are prepared for primary school through a curriculum that emphasizes literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking. By the end of the Reception year, children are expected to meet early learning goals and participate in a graduation ceremony. Year 2 students conclude their studies by sitting for Standardised Assessment Tests (SATs) and completing a research project with a formal presentation.

The school maintains small class sizes, with a maximum of 16 children per class, to ensure individual attention and quality of care. Teacher-to-child ratios are strictly managed, ranging from 3:1 in the Tiny classes to 8:1 in the Reception and Year 1-2 classes. A parent communication app is used to provide daily updates on student activities, meals, and personal care.

The school operates on a three-term academic year starting in September, January, and April. The admission process involves an initial tour, the submission of an enquiry form, the purchase of a registration pack, and a welcome meeting with the assigned class teacher. These include a library with over 500 books, a dedicated Practical Life suite, a carpentry workshop, a computer lab with interactive touch-screen technology, and a water play area. Outdoor facilities include a planting garden, a climbing tortoise, a splash pad, and a shaded play area equipped with fans.

The school offers an after-school club program featuring a variety of daily extracurricular activities. Specific offerings include Taekwondo lessons, music sessions, and ballet. Students also participate in seasonal festivities and educational excursions to support their learning and social development.
