Al Shouf International Schools

Al Shouf International Schools is a learner-centered and value-oriented institution that prioritizes integrity, gratitude, respect, responsibility, and leadership. The school offers two primary academic pathways: an International Program and a National Program. The International Section provides a British-based curriculum for students aged 5–16 (KG–Grade 11), including Cambridge Primary and Cambridge Lower Secondary, covering subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Arabic, Social Studies, Global Perspectives, Music, Art, Computer, and Physical Education. The National Program follows the regulations and curricula of the Jordanian Ministry of Education, supplemented by an additional English language curriculum from kindergarten through grade 12. Additionally, the school prepares students for American standardized tests like the ACT to qualify them for the American Diploma and university entrance.

The school focuses on the development of the whole child, addressing social, physical, emotional, and cultural needs alongside academic requirements. It aims to nurture students' spiritual, intellectual, and emotional growth within a secure and respectful atmosphere.

Admission is based on a personal interview with the school administration or principal, and for students in grades 7–12, a placement test in Arabic, Mathematics, and English is required. Applicants must submit report cards from their previous school, and those transferring from outside Jordan must have their certificates attested by the relevant Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs and the Jordanian embassy. The school offers a 7% discount for full tuition payments made before the start of the academic year and provides special grants for high-achieving students.

The school operates on an annual academic calendar. Islamic holidays are subject to change, and the school provides pre-notification to parents regarding any adjustments to scheduled events.
