High Tech Academy is guided by a mission to cultivate individuals who are passionate about learning, collaborative, and capable of solving complex global challenges. The school offers a comprehensive educational programme starting from preschool (ages 4-6) through to senior school. The curriculum for grades 1-9 is built around project-based learning (PBL), while the senior school (grades 10-12) follows the Minerva Baccalaureate (MBacc) programme. As a trilingual school, it places a strong emphasis on language development to foster effective communication and cultural understanding.

The school maintains a dedicated well-being team that includes psychologists, a speech therapist, and a defectologist. It also provides inclusive education support, with pedagogical assistants and specialists focused on addressing individual student needs and promoting a supportive learning environment.

The admissions process begins with an inquiry and an interactive session for parents and children. Applicants for grades 2–10 must provide previous school reports and a transfer certificate, while students entering grades 8–10 are required to submit an English language proficiency certificate (Duolingo, IELTS, TOEFL, or CEFR B2). Final enrollment is contingent upon the submission of a complete document package, including medical records, and the signing of an educational services agreement.

The 2026-2027 academic year commences on September 1, 2026, and concludes on June 11, 2027. The calendar includes scheduled breaks in late October, a winter holiday period from mid-December to early January, and a spring break in the second half of March. Additionally, the school observes national holidays such as Republic Day, Independence Day, and various public holidays throughout the year.

The campus is located in the Kok-Tobe microdistrict of Almaty and features modern infrastructure designed to support diverse learning activities. Facilities include specialized classrooms for robotics and ICT, science laboratories, art and music studios, and sports facilities, including a swimming pool.

The school offers a range of activities, including sports and arts programmes. Students have opportunities to participate in debate clubs and various creative pursuits, such as music, ceramics, and pottery, which are integrated into the school's broader educational environment.
