The school follows the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum for Grades 9, 10, and 11, offering a broad range of subjects including Accounting, Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, English Language, English Literature, Islamiyat, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Pakistan Studies, Sociology, Statistics, and Urdu. Students select their subjects in Grade 9, with the curriculum organized into Science, Commerce, and Humanities groups. The academic program emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and the practical application of knowledge.

Applicants must submit an online application form, which must be printed and submitted in a sealed envelope on the day of the admission test. Required documentation includes a copy of the applicant's Nadra Smart Card or B-Form, two passport-sized photographs, and school report cards from the previous two years. The admissions team contacts applicants with test results within three weeks of the assessment.

The school organizes students into five 'Alpha Houses'—Arcadian, Timber, Sawtooth, Rufus, and Dirus—which foster competition, leadership, and community service. Students participate in various societies, including Echoes and Epic, Social Synth, Artisans, The Breelancers Society, and ActSync Society. Additionally, the school hosts events such as the Pi-rumble Math Olympiad and various donation drives and community service projects.
