The school's ethos is built on the core values of Honesty, Hard Work, and Kindness, which are integrated into daily life through a house system comprising Veritas, Dedicas, and Amicus houses. It prioritises the happiness and confidence of pupils, operating on the belief that wellbeing is the foundation for outstanding academic progress and personal development.

The school offers a continuous education from age 4 to 18, beginning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in Reception, which focuses on seven areas of learning including literacy, mathematics, and expressive arts. The Junior School curriculum (Years 1–6) follows the National Curriculum, incorporating subjects such as English, Phonics, Mathematics, Science, French, Geography, History, Drama, and Art. In the Senior and Sixth Form phases, the curriculum expands to include a wide range of academic subjects across STEM, Humanities, Electives, and Arts faculties, preparing students for external examinations.

The May 2023 ISI inspection report rated the quality of pupils' academic and other achievements as excellent, and the quality of personal development as excellent. The school maintains a strong history of academic success across both its Junior and Senior sections, focusing on developing skills in creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.

The school employs a dedicated SENCo and a team of learning support staff to assist pupils. It maintains small class sizes—capped at 16 in the Junior School—to ensure a flexible, individualised approach that allows teachers to set challenges tailored to each child's specific needs and abilities.

The admissions process begins with an enquiry, after which parents may register their child. The school requires a reference from the pupil's current school before assessment, and decisions are typically communicated within two to three weeks. Scholarships are available for entry into Year 7 and Year 12, covering academic excellence, Art, Drama, Music, and Sport, with potential for bursary augmentation based on a means test.

The school provides a full calendar of events, including term dates and open days, which can be synced with digital calendars such as iCal, Google, or IOS. Term dates and specific event information are accessible through the school's online portal.

Located in Leamington Spa, the campus includes classrooms equipped with interactive whiteboards and portable tablets for student use. The school provides an transport service and on-site catering, with lunch charged separately per term.

The school offers an extensive range of clubs and activities, which are included in the school fees. Pupils participate in a variety of House events, including Sports, Music, Art, and inter-House quizzes, designed to foster competition and reinforce core values.
