The admissions process begins with an enquiry and a visit to the campus. Prospective families must submit an application, which includes a non-refundable application fee of THB 6,000. Upon acceptance, a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of THB 225,000 and a refundable security deposit of THB 175,000 are required.

The academic year is divided into three terms: Term 1 (August to December), Term 2 (January to April), and Term 3 (April to June). The calendar includes scheduled half-term breaks in October and February, as well as a Christmas holiday.

The twenty-acre campus is located alongside the Unico Grande Golf Club and features world-class facilities, including natural grass pitches, artificial playing surfaces, a 400-metre running track, and both 25-metre and 50-metre swimming pools. Indoor facilities support basketball, golf, dance, and gymnastics, while the 600-seat Wellington Theatre hosts theatrical performances and recitals. The campus includes specialized learning environments like the Skylight and Crowthorne buildings for the Senior School, and vibrant, flexible Learning Studios for the Early Years and Junior School.
