The school offers a comprehensive academic pathway starting with the Early Learning School (ages 3 months to 6 years), which follows the Reggio Emilia approach. This progresses to the Preparatory School (ages 6–13) and the College (ages 14–18), both of which focus on the IEB curriculum. The programme integrates technology, including coding, robotics, and drone operation, and offers specialist-led instruction in subjects such as mathematics, science, and the arts.

The school follows the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) curriculum, consistently achieving strong academic results, including a 100% matric pass rate in 2025. Through a partnership with NCUK, students can complete an International Foundation Year, which is an A-level equivalent that guarantees access to global universities. Furthermore, 90% of all Inspired students are accepted into their first-choice university, with many attending Russell Group and Ivy League institutions.

The school provides professional university counselling to assist students with their applications, with a focus on securing placements at top-tier institutions. Additionally, the school offers an Adventure Zone after-school care programme for students in the Early Learning School to support working families. The academic year is divided into four terms. In 2026, Term 1 runs from 14 January to 27 March, Term 2 from 13 April to 26 June, Term 3 from 21 July to 23 September, and Term 4 from 12 October to 2 December. The calendar includes scheduled mid-term breaks and public holidays, with IEB National Senior Certificate (NSC) exams taking place between 14 October and 27 November.

Located on the Blue Hills Country and Equestrian Estate, the campus features purpose-built classrooms, science labs, and a state-of-the-art auditorium. Sports facilities include ample fields for soccer, rugby, cricket, and athletics, as well as tennis and netball courts and a swimming pool. The campus also provides dedicated studios for dance, music, drama, and visual arts, and a canteen with indoor/outdoor seating.
