Mrs Ita CoverdaleAssistant Head: PastoralIta is the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead and brings over 20 years of experience in senior pastoral and academic roles. She joined Bosworth in 2022 and leads on pastoral care, personal development, welfare, and co-curricular provision. She holds a Certificate of Education from the University of Leicester and studied English Literature with History at Northampton.
Sean McAndrewAssistant Head: AcademicSean joined Bosworth in January 2026 and brings significant leadership experience from independent and state school settings. His subject is Philosophy, Ethics, Religion, and he previously led departments at St George’s College, Weybridge, and Epsom and Ewell High School. He holds a BA from the University of Birmingham, a PGCE from the University of Sussex, and the NPQSL qualification.

Esther TaylorDirector of Student DevelopmentEsther teaches French and holds a BA (Hons) in French and English from Nottingham Trent University, a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages from the University of Nottingham, and the Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults. She joined Bosworth in 2022 and brings a commitment to student growth, enrichment, and personal development.
Mitchell BainesDirector of StudiesMitchell teaches Business, Economics, and Computer Science and holds a BA (Hons) in Business from the University of Derby. He spent seven years in banking and finance before becoming a teacher and has been part of the Bosworth community for three years. He previously taught at Denbigh School in Milton Keynes, including two years as Head of Business.
Emma PerryHead of BoardingEmma brings significant experience in teaching and leadership across academic and pastoral roles, with a subject specialism in Physical Education.
