The CE Academy is an alternative education provider for young people who are permanently excluded from school or are dual-registered. The academy’s motto is "Freedom to choose a different future." Programmes

The academy delivers a broad and balanced curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, including core National Curriculum subjects such as English, mathematics, science, and humanities. Key Stage 4 students can study up to eight subjects, including GCSEs in English language, English literature, mathematics, and science, alongside options like photography, art and design, 3D art, and history. The curriculum also features the 'Bounce Forward' and 'Healthy Minds' programmes to support mental resilience and emotional wellbeing, as well as dedicated PSHE lessons.

Outcomes

The academy aims to prepare students for the responsibilities of adult life, with a focus on ensuring every pupil has a confirmed destination upon leaving at the end of Year 11.
