The admissions process requires parents to call the school to schedule an appointment, complete an application form, and arrange for a student placement assessment. Required documentation includes eight 4x6 photographs of the student, a copy of the student's birth certificate, copies of the parents' national IDs, and a copy of the student's passport. Results of the assessment are typically provided within seven business days.

The school operates on three distinct academic calendars corresponding to its educational divisions: the American, British (IGCSE), and National systems. Separate calendars are also maintained for the Pre-School and Kindergarten levels.

The campus features an Olympic-style heated swimming pool, two soccer fields, and a squash court. Academic facilities include fully equipped science laboratories, computer labs, and libraries stocked with a wide range of books. Additionally, the school provides an outsourced cafeteria that serves healthy meals to students.

The school emphasizes athletics and team-building activities, including soccer, with students participating in tournaments such as the Cambridge International Football Tournament.
