The Student Success Department (SSD) provides learning support for students with diagnosed mild learning needs through direct in-class assistance, small group instruction, and one-to-one teaching. This support is coordinated through Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and involves collaboration between classroom teachers and Learning Support Specialists to help students participate fully in the general education curriculum. Additionally, the school employs a team of counselors who provide proactive, preventative support for academic, career, and personal/social development.

Admissions
CMIS is an independent, non-profit day school serving students from Preschool through Grade 12. Calendar
The school year is divided into two semesters, with the first running from August to December and the second from January to early June. The academic calendar includes 180 instructional days, featuring a one-week break in October and extended breaks in late December and April.
