The educational project of the CEU schools is built upon three fundamental pillars: the integration of values and virtues to develop a critical interpretation of reality, the provision of resources to understand a complex and interconnected world, and the promotion of active participation and commitment to the positive transformation of society. The student is positioned at the center of the learning process, with the schools providing experiences in collaboration, internationalization, and values to support the construction of a complete and balanced identity.

The schools offer education from the Infantil (early childhood) stage through to Bachillerato, with some campuses also providing Primary and ESO (secondary) education. The curriculum emphasizes language proficiency, the development of skills and competencies, and the use of new pedagogical methodologies such as project-based learning and the development of multiple intelligences. Specific academic pathways include high-performance training programs, specialized support for high-ability students, and, in the case of Bachillerato, individual action plans designed to prepare students for university entrance examinations.
