Founded over 65 years ago as a non-profit civil association, the school is guided by Catholic values and a 'Pedagogy of the Bond.' It aims to provide high-quality academic instruction while fostering personal growth, effort, community spirit, and a commitment to service, independent of political ideologies.

The school offers a bilingual curriculum from the Initial level through Secondary school. The Secondary level provides three orientations: Social Sciences and Humanities, Natural Sciences, and Economics and Administration. The academic programme includes intensive English, pastoral education, physical education, and technology, with a strong emphasis on computational thinking and international certification preparation.

Graduates from the secondary level receive a bilingual English certification. Students are prepared for international Cambridge examinations, including FCE, CAE, and various IGCSE subjects. The school also maintains agreements with several universities to facilitate the transition to higher education and professional life.

The school features a Department of School Guidance (DOE) that supports the integral development of students. This department works alongside academic authorities to provide guidance and support throughout the students' formative years.
