The school processes applications year-round, with the academic session beginning in June. The admissions process involves a pre-registration or consultation with an admissions officer, submission of an application form, and the completion of the CPS Scholastic Assessment Tool (CPS GS-SAT) followed by a personal interview. Applicants must meet specific age criteria and provide mandatory documentation, including birth certificates, residential proof, and previous academic records. Sibling preference is available, and the school accepts students with mild to moderate educational needs.

The academic session begins in June. The application portal opens in December, and the school encourages applicants to apply by April 31st to ensure the process is completed in time for the start of the academic year.

The school operates two campuses: a city campus in Anna Nagar and a 35-acre residential campus in Thirumazhisai. Facilities include technology-enabled air-conditioned classrooms, science laboratories, robotics and circuit-designing labs, art studios, and a library. The Thirumazhisai campus features residential wings for boys and girls, a 13,000 sq. ft. dining hall, a 400m athletic track, various sports courts, and an auditorium. Both campuses maintain 24-hour security and surveillance, and the school provides transport services within a 20km radius.

The school offers a wide range of co-curricular activities, including music, drama, dance, martial arts, and a school band. Students participate in the International Award for Young People (IAYP), Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) projects, and Model United Nations (MUN).
