TIPS offers a comprehensive academic pathway including the Toddlers Programme (ages 1.5–2.5), IB Early Years Programme (Pre-KG to KG 2), and IB Primary Years Programme (Grades 1–5). Middle school students follow the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme (CLSP) for Grades 6–8, while high schoolers pursue the IGCSE curriculum (Grades 9–10) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for Grades 11–12. The curriculum emphasizes technology integration, with secondary students required to use laptops linked to campus-wide WiFi.

TIPS operates an inclusive school division specifically for neurodiverse students. The school maintains a low student-to-teacher ratio, with a maximum of 24 students per class from the Primary Years Programme through the Diploma Programme, to ensure holistic development and personalized attention.

The school maintains a dedicated admissions team for each campus that facilitates school tours and "guest attend" classes for prospective students. The application process involves an inquiry form, a school tour, a pre-registration fee, an entrance test (for Grade 2 and above), and an interview with both parents. Required documentation includes birth certificates, previous academic records, and transfer certificates, with specific procedures available for international applicants.

The school conducts IGCSE board examinations in October/November, with results typically announced in January. For students transitioning between boards, the school offers a finishing programme from January to June to ensure academic compatibility. Admission age requirements are calculated based on the child's age as of June 1st of the academic year.
