The academic year is divided into three terms: Autumn, Spring, and Summer. The 2025-2026 Autumn term runs from September to December, the Spring term from January to March, and the Summer term from April to June. Boarding facilities remain open throughout the half-term and Easter holidays, closing only for the Christmas and summer holiday periods.

The purpose-built, state-of-the-art campus is located on the South Bank and features 55 temperature-controlled classrooms with interactive technology. Specialist facilities include science laboratories, a 70-seat theatre, a performing arts studio, and dedicated studios for fine arts, graphics, photography, and media. The campus also houses an IT suite, an esports lab, a library, a recording studio, a global kitchen, and sports facilities including a gym, swimming pool, and sauna. On-campus boarding is provided in 250 en-suite bedrooms.
