The academic year typically runs from late August/early September to late June. The school day generally operates from 8:30/8:35 to 15:30/15:35, with shorter hours on Wednesdays for older students. The calendar includes standard Swiss holidays such as October break, Christmas, February break, Easter, Ascension, and Pentecost, alongside designated teacher pedagogical days.

The school operates two distinct campuses in Geneva. The Veyrier campus, located on a former agricultural estate, features large outdoor spaces, a library, and versatile classrooms. The Frank-Thomas campus, situated on the Plateau de Frontenex, is a dedicated early childhood environment designed for children aged 3 to 6.

The school offers various extra-curricular activities, including an English Club, 'Odyssey of the Mind', and other workshops. Daily life is enriched by professional music instruction, dance workshops focused on psychomotricity, and philosophy circles designed to develop critical thinking and listening skills.
