EMS High School

The school is committed to the philosophy of "following the child," aiming to design, establish, and continuously improve the most effective ways of learning. It strives to cultivate life-long learners who take pride in their values, roots, and beliefs, maintaining a close-knit, family-like community.

The school is structured into several sections: Montessori, Elementary (Classes 1-3), Middle School (Classes 4-7), High School (Class 8, IGCSE, and SSC), and College (A-levels). The academic programme features an integrated STEM and STEAM curriculum, with a focus on nurturing reading and writing skills.

Since its first graduating class in 2000, hundreds of students have completed their IGCSE or SSC certificates at the school. Alumni have gone on to attend various world-renowned universities, including Columbia University, Boston University, the London School of Economics, McGill, Purdue, and the University of California at Berkeley, as well as prominent institutions within Pakistan such as LUMS, NUST, and GIK.

The school provides support for students who may need to improve their scores or adjust to the curriculum. This includes the possibility of re-attempting entrance tests and, in some cases, recommendations for remedial classes or private tutoring to address specific gaps in subjects like Urdu and Mathematics.

The school maintains a simple, comprehensive admission process that begins with an initial registration and a meeting with the academic coordinator, vice principal, or principal. Following this, students may sit for an entrance test in English, Urdu, and Mathematics, with additional subjects required for board-level classes. The test is conceptual rather than pass/fail, serving to assess alignment with the school's learning style and identify potential support needs. Montessori applicants (ages 3-5) are exempt from the entrance test.

The school operates across multiple locations, including a Main Campus and a Casa Campus. These facilities support a range of academic and extracurricular activities, including dedicated spaces for STEM and robotics.

The school offers a variety of student life activities, including sports, clubs, and competitions. A specific focus is placed on robotics and STEM, with dedicated programming and after-school activities available to students.
