The school offers a bilingual curriculum that integrates the Brazilian Common Curriculum (BNCC) with the US Common Core State Standards (CCSS). High School students can pursue a dual diploma, combining the Brazilian curriculum with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. The academic offering also includes digital literacy as an Apple Distinguished School, a Year 8 Social Entrepreneurship course, and "Vocational Pathways" consisting of elective subjects and a Life Project to prepare students for future careers.

Graduates are prepared to apply to prestigious universities both in Brazil and internationally, supported by the rigorous IB Diploma Programme. The curriculum's emphasis on bilingualism, leadership, and vocational pathways helps students develop the academic and socio-emotional skills required for global careers and external examinations.

Admission to the school is subject to space availability, with remaining places for new students typically opening in October. Families can schedule campus visits and complete the application process through an online enrollment form. While the school does not offer a scholarship program, it provides sibling discounts of 5% for the second child and 10% for the third child.

The school operates with daily office hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. It also utilizes its academic breaks to host special events, such as running the Harvard Young Leadership Program during the winter holidays in July.

The school operates multiple campuses in São Paulo, including Aclimação, Itaim, Perdizes, Perdizes II, and Verbo Divino, which feature versatile and integrated architectural spaces. Campuses are equipped with specialized facilities such as the "Pueri Maker" space, an environment containing workbenches, tools, and 3D printers to support hands-on design and entrepreneurial projects.

An After School program is offered daily from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, providing activities divided into learning pathways, storytelling, games, and homework supervision. Students can also participate in community and social projects, including the "Aprender" youth and adult education project, the "TETO" housing initiative, and the "Olharte" exhibition. Additionally, students in Years 8 through 12 can join the Harvard Young Leadership Program, a five-day English-language workshop focused on entrepreneurship and leadership.
