St. Paul's is a not-for-profit foundation that combines British and Brazilian educational traditions to foster personal and academic development. The school offers an integrated Anglo-Brazilian curriculum that aligns with the English National Curriculum, Cambridge IGCSEs, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, while meeting Brazilian Ministry of Education requirements. The academic structure spans from the Pre-Prep School (ages 3-5) through the Prep School to the Senior School and Sixth Form, providing a bilingual and bicultural education.

St. Paul's is an all-ability, family school that welcomes pupils aged 3 to 18. Applications for the 2027-2028 academic year are currently open, and international pupils are eligible to apply year-round.

The school operates on a two-term academic year. The first term typically runs from August to December, and the second term runs from February to June, with breaks for half-term, national holidays, and a carnival break. Located in the Jardins area of São Paulo, the campus features modern, state-of-the-art facilities including a multimillion-dollar underground sports centre with basketball and volleyball courts and a heated swimming pool. The Queen Elizabeth II Academic Centre houses a learning resources centre, art studios, a music school with recording facilities, and 10 modern science laboratories. Future developments include an Outdoor Centre and an onsite Innovation Centre.
