Guided by the principles of Rudolf Steiner, the school aims to develop self-directed, self-confident, and morally anchored learners. It operates on a model of self-management and collegiality, rejecting hierarchical structures in favor of a collaborative approach where teachers manage classroom activities, admissions, and school operations. The school is inclusive, welcoming children regardless of academic ability, class, ethnicity, or religion.

The school offers a continuous educational path starting from the preschool level, through primary and secondary grades, culminating in a two-year International Baccalaureate (IB) program. The curriculum is designed to align with the psychological and mental development of the children. Instruction is supported by a faculty of approximately 85 staff members, including educators, teachers, and administrative personnel.

The school emphasizes a heterogeneous classroom environment, which it believes stimulates the learning process and fosters social competence. Teachers provide individualized attention through regular meetings with students to discuss their responsibilities, effort, and attitudes toward work. Evaluation is conducted without marks or pressure, relying instead on detailed written reports that describe a student's behavior and progress in each subject.

The school admits students based on space availability, age, and an assessment of their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Because the school seeks to reflect the social structure of society, it considers each child as an individual rather than applying rigid acceptance rules. Prospective families must submit a detailed application form with a photo, after which the class teacher may arrange an appointment for an evaluation. While primary and secondary levels often maintain a waiting list, the school encourages interested families to apply.

The school follows the public school holiday schedule in Luxembourg, with the exception of the autumn break, which lasts two weeks instead of one. The academic year includes standard breaks for Christmas, Carnival, Easter, Pentecost, and summer, alongside national public holidays such as Labour Day, Ascension Day, and National Day.

The school operates primarily on a state-owned site in Limpertsberg, which features a main building with classrooms, a gym, a workshop, a craft room, a music room, an eurythmy room, a laboratory, and a canteen. A secondary two-story building houses additional classrooms, an auditorium, a science lab, an IB office, a library, a computer room, and a student lounge. The campus also includes a dedicated preschool building, an art building with workshops, a theatre building, and a playground constructed by parents and carpenters. Additionally, one kindergarten group is located at the "Kass-Haff" biodynamic farm in Rollingen/Mersch.

The school offers after-school care through the "Waldorf Maison Relais" for children aged 3 to 12. Additionally, the school community organizes various annual events, such as a bazaar and open days, to foster engagement among pupils, parents, and teachers. Students also participate in school trips, which are often supported by community fundraising efforts.
