Founded to address a local need for high-quality English-medium education, the school is guided by the values of care, curiosity, excellence, integrity, and community. It prioritises a nurturing environment where children are known and supported, believing that a child who is well-fed and safely transported is better prepared to learn. The school combines the Tanzanian national curriculum with international inquiry-based pedagogy to foster critical thinking rather than rote memorisation.

The school offers four distinct programmes: a Toddler Class (18 months–3 years) focused on sensory play and social foundations; Pre-school (3–6 years) covering early literacy, numeracy, and creative arts; and a Primary School (6–14 years) aligned with NECTA and TIE standards. The primary curriculum includes English, Kiswahili, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, ICT, Religion, and Civics, with structured preparation for the PSLE. An enrichment programme is also available to all students to support holistic development.

In the 2024 NECTA Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE), the school achieved the number one ranking in the Dar es Salaam region with a school average of 289.9. All 59 students achieved a Daraja A grade, placing the school in the top 10 nationwide for its category. The school aims for every graduate to be prepared to thrive academically and personally anywhere in the world.

The school maintains small class sizes to ensure teachers can provide individual mentorship and personalised attention. Lessons are designed to stretch confident learners while offering extra practice and support to those who need it, ensuring each child progresses at their own pace. Continuous assessment is used to monitor progress and provide frequent feedback.

Admissions are open for Term 2, with prospective families encouraged to book a visit to meet teachers and tour the campus. The process involves an initial enquiry followed by a friendly assessment visit for the child, after which the admissions team guides families through the registration requirements. The school offers both day and boarding places, with specific fee schedules provided upon enquiry.

The school office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 17:00, and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00. The school operates on a term-based system, with current admissions open for Term 2.

The campus features modern classrooms, a library with diverse collections, and dedicated science and computer labs equipped with interactive software. Sports facilities include a full-size football pitch, basketball and netball courts, and two swimming pools, including a half-Olympic size pool. The school also maintains its own LATRA-compliant bus fleet for transport and provides supervised boarding houses with dormitories and dedicated study spaces.

A diverse enrichment programme is integrated into the school week to help students develop talents and confidence. Offerings include coding, robotics, public speaking, chess, drama, choir, dance, and language programmes such as French and Mandarin. Additionally, the school provides extensive sports facilities for activities like football, basketball, netball, and swimming.
