The school has strict fee regulations, requiring a written two-week notice for student withdrawals to avoid being charged for two extra weeks of tuition. Tuition refunds are only available for prepayments, offering an 80% refund for a full year paid in advance and a 60% refund for six months. Additionally, a 75% credit of absent days can be applied to the payment request for documented hospitalizations or a one-month trip to a student's home country.

The school operates on an annual academic calendar, with schedules published for upcoming terms such as the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years. The calendar outlines the daily timetables, events, and scheduled school holidays. No school credits are issued for student absences that occur during these scheduled holidays.

The school is located on the Ground Floor of the P1 Park Lane Towers in Ciputra International City, Hanoi. In addition to these main premises, the school utilizes a Thach Ban Campus for student field trips.
