The school prepares students for global university admissions through the UPrep programme, which provides strategic planning and guidance for applications to institutions including Oxbridge and the Ivy League. Students typically sit for IGCSE examinations at the end of Year 11, followed by AS-Levels in Year 12 and A-Levels in Year 13. The school is a member of the Cambridge International School Network, and its qualifications are recognized by universities and employers worldwide.

The school provides dedicated support for students identified with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Additional Education Needs (AEN). This support is delivered through small group tuition, one-on-one interventions, and in-class individual assistance. These services are available for an additional annual fee of 50,000 Baht.

The school requires a non-refundable application fee of 8,000 Baht for all students from Preschool to Year 13. Upon enrolment, an entrance fee of 100,000 Baht and an endowment fee of 75,000 Baht are payable. The endowment fee is refundable upon permanent withdrawal, provided the school receives 30 days' notice prior to the end of Term 3 and the student has completed the academic year. Sibling discounts are available, offering 10% off tuition for the second child and 15% for the third and subsequent children.

The school operates on a termly basis, with fees billed three times per year for most year groups, while Years 10 through 13 are billed twice per year. Tuition fees are reviewed annually, and parents are notified of any increases exceeding 5% one full academic year in advance. The academic year concludes with a withdrawal process that requires notice at least one month prior to the final day of the school year.

HeadStart operates two campuses, Chaofah City and Cherngtalay, both featuring modern learning spaces and comprehensive resources. Facilities include science labs, study and music rooms, a state-of-the-art multipurpose hall, and a library. Sports infrastructure comprises swimming pools, tennis courts, and two soccer fields. The campuses also provide dedicated areas for parents, such as an extended coffee shop.

The school offers an extensive after-school programme, including academies for swimming, football, basketball, and dance. Students may participate in the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, the LAMDA programme, and various creative and performing arts activities. Additionally, the school hosts academic competitions, student leadership opportunities, and a Saturday Thai Culture Club.
