She previously served as Headteacher at Derwent Lodge, Somerhill, and held leadership roles at Vinehall School, including Director of Studies and Head of Juniors. She holds an MA in Literature, a PGCE (Distinction), and a BA Hons in Humanities.

Sheena studied at Edgewood Teachers' Training College in South Africa and began her career as a secondary school art teacher. She moved to the UK in 2005 and joined Hilden Grange in September 2014, where she found her passion for teaching Reception.

Jason graduated from the University of Stirling with an Honours degree in History and a Diploma in Education. He joined Hilden Grange in 2004 as Head of History and teacher of Boys’ Games, becoming a member of the Senior Leadership Team in 2011.

Natalie graduated from Warwick with an Honours degree in Mathematics with Qualified Teacher Status. She joined Hilden Grange in 2020 as Assistant Head Pastoral and Maths teacher, where she has focused on raising the profile of pupil wellbeing.
