Holmberg Schule

The school offers a comprehensive curriculum across three levels: Kindergarten (Kindergarten), Primary (Grundschule), and Secondary (Sekundarstufe). The academic programme includes the International Baccalaureate (IB) at the secondary level and emphasizes the study of German and English. The curriculum is further supported by institutional projects in technology, science, and physical education, including swimming.

Each educational level—Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary—is supported by a dedicated orientation department. These teams, composed of psychologists and educational advisors, provide guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey.

Admissions are open for the Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary levels, subject to the availability of vacancies. Interested families must complete an application form for the respective level, though this does not constitute a formal reservation of a place. The academic year typically begins in late February, with opening ceremonies held for each level. The school calendar includes scheduled winter and spring breaks throughout the year. Specific dates for the start of classes and holiday periods are published annually to guide the school community.

The school operates two main locations in Quilmes: the main campus at Sarmiento 679 and a dedicated sports field located at Av. Hipólito Yrigoyen 1400. Students participate in MINT (STEM) activities, mathematics and science olympiads, and technology initiatives.
