The Korean International School (KIS) is a private, independent, through-train school in Hong Kong that operates two distinct sections: a Korean Section and an International Section. Programmes

The International Section follows the Cambridge International Programme in conjunction with the National Curriculum for England, spanning Primary (Early Years to Year 6) and Secondary (Years 7-13) stages. The curriculum covers subjects including Art & Design, Commerce, English, Humanities, ICT & Computer Science, Languages (Chinese, Spanish, Korean), Mathematics, Music, Physical Education, and Science. The school also integrates technology into classrooms through a 1-to-1 device programme.

Outcomes

Students in the International Section follow the Cambridge International Programme, completing Cambridge Primary and Secondary Checkpoint examinations, IGCSEs in Year 11, and AS/A2 Levels in Years 12 and 13. Graduates have been accepted into universities across the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Hong Kong, and Australia. The school also offers various academic, talent, and university scholarships to recognize high-achieving students.

Admissions

The school accepts applications from students of all nationalities for its International Section. The admissions process includes interviews conducted throughout the year, and prospective families are encouraged to book a school tour. The school does not utilize debentures or capital levies.
