Upon successful evaluation, a written offer is provided, and a place is reserved following the payment of a registration fee. Families receive ongoing support from the Admissions Department throughout the transition.

The academic year follows a schedule that includes national holidays such as the National Day of Spain, All Saint's Day, Constitution Day, Immaculate Conception, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Epiphany, Good Thursday, Good Friday, Labour Day, Santiago, and Assumption Day.
