The admissions process begins with a campus visit and the submission of an application form along with required documentation, such as academic reports and identity records. Following a completed application, applicants undergo an assessment test and an interview to determine appropriate grade placement. Upon acceptance, the school issues a Letter of Offer, and enrollment is confirmed once the remaining fees are paid. For international students, the school facilitates the application for a Letter of Support from the Ministry of Education and assists with the Student Visa process through the Johor State Immigration Department.

The academic year typically begins in January. The school provides a detailed academic calendar that includes all term dates and breaks to assist families with planning.
