Kensington Park School accepts students aged 11 to 18, with primary entry points at Year 7 (11+) and Year 9 (13+). The admissions process involves a registration fee, submission of school reports, and entrance assessments in English, Mathematics, and Non-Verbal Reasoning, followed by an interview with the Head or Head of Senior School. International applicants may complete assessments and interviews remotely. The school offers scholarships to reward excellence and talent.

The school operates on a three-term academic year: Autumn, Spring, and Summer. Terms typically run from September to December, January to March, and April to June/July, with half-term breaks in October, February, and May/June. Boarders are expected to return by 11:00 am on the Sunday before the start of term and depart by the Saturday following the end of term.

The school operates across two main sites in central London: the Senior School (Years 7-11) is located at 40-44 Bark Place near Kensington Gardens, and the Sixth Form is located at 59 Queen’s Gate near the Natural History Museum. Boarding is provided at Princess Beatrice House, which offers single and shared en-suite rooms equipped with desks, storage, and kitchenettes. The campus includes classrooms, laboratories, art rooms, and theatre spaces.

The school provides a wide-ranging enrichment programme that includes clubs, societies, sport, music, drama, and art. Students participate in activities such as Young Enterprise, creative writing competitions, and sports like ice hockey. The central London location is used to provide cultural capital and learning opportunities, with regular trips and excursions integrated into the school experience.
