The school's philosophy is centered on the belief, "I love me. I love you. I love the world." The school offers a comprehensive English-language curriculum for four age groups: Toddler, 3-year-old, 4-year-old, and 5-year-old classes. The programme integrates language arts—including phonics, reading, and writing—with math, science, social studies, and music. Math is taught using concrete objects and the "Math This Way" programme, while science and social studies are explored through thematic projects that encourage investigation and self-awareness.

Graduates are prepared for elementary school with strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a foundational desire to learn. Prospective families are invited to participate in a school tour, which includes an explanation of the educational policy, a Q&A session, and classroom observation. Following the tour, families may submit admission documents, after which an interview with the child and parents is scheduled. Enrollment is confirmed upon notification and the transfer of the registration fee. Applications for the following year are accepted starting September 1.

The school operates on a three-term system: the first term runs from April 1 to July 31, the second term from September 1 to December 31, and the third term from January 1 to March 31. Major annual events include a parent-child Sports Day at the end of the first semester, a Holiday Concert at the end of the second semester, and a drama recital and graduation ceremony at the end of the third semester. Additionally, the school hosts a KIS Festival in September and Nursery Visits in October.

The campus is located in a natural setting in Nagakute City and features a playground equipped with sandboxes, jungle gyms, and playhouses. Indoor facilities include a library stocked with age-appropriate English books, a kitchen for student cooking activities, and classrooms designed for safety and child-centered learning. During the summer, the school provides a swimming pool, and students have access to four nearby parks and surrounding bamboo groves for exploration.

The school emphasizes holistic development through various activities, including daily singing and dancing, and weekly music classes that incorporate instruments and rhythm. Students participate in regular field trips to locations such as fire stations and zoos to apply their learning in real-world settings. Other activities include arts and crafts, gardening in the school's fields and flower beds, and cooking sessions in a fully equipped kitchen.
