Little Sun School

Little Sun School operates under the vision of creating an "Enlightened Generation that Inspires the World." The school emphasizes character education, aiming to instill strong values and moral habits while providing opportunities for students to develop their unique potential. Its identity is rooted in a multicultural environment that promotes collaboration between the elder, current, and future generations.

The academic programme integrates the Cambridge Curriculum, the Chinese Language Program, and the Indonesian National Curriculum. The Cambridge track covers English as a Second Language, Math, Science, Global Perspectives, Computing, Art, Music, and PE, with students sitting for Cambridge Progression Tests and Checkpoint Exams. The Chinese programme prepares students for YCT and HSK/HSKK certifications, while the national curriculum focuses on Indonesian language, religious studies, and civics. The school serves students from playgroup and kindergarten through primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary levels.

The school provides academic tutoring for students who require additional support in their studies. Furthermore, academic clubs are available to allow students to explore and deepen their knowledge in specific areas of interest.

Prospective primary students must register via WhatsApp to initiate the administrative process. Applicants aged six by 1 July 2025 are eligible, while those turning six between 2 July and 31 October 2025 must undergo a psychological test at Airlangga University. The enrollment process includes a placement test covering Indonesian, English, Chinese, and Mathematics for external students, or classroom observation for those transitioning from the school's kindergarten. Final enrollment requires the submission of completed forms and a deposit within specified timeframes.

The school operates on a standard academic schedule with administrative office hours for registration and form collection available Monday through Friday, from 07:45 to 13:00. Psychological testing for prospective students is also scheduled during morning hours on weekdays.

The school offers a diverse range of extracurricular clubs designed to foster talent, teamwork, and leadership. Offerings for Primary 1–2 students include coding, robotics, Chinese calligraphy, public speaking, Chinese chess, and table tennis. Students in Primary 3–6 may participate in activities such as hip-hop dancing, wushu, stacking cups, basketball, and vocal training.
