The admissions process typically begins with a visit to the school. Entry is determined through an informal interview with the child and parents, and for pupils entering Year 1 and above, a taster day and in-person assessment are required. Official entry points are Reception (4+), Year 7 (11+), and Year 9 (13+), though enquiries for other year groups are welcome subject to availability. A registration form and a non-refundable fee of £240 are required to place a child on the applicant list.

The school operates on a three-term academic year: Autumn, Spring, and Summer. The 2026-2027 academic year begins on 2 September 2026, with terms typically concluding in December, March, and July, interspersed with half-term breaks.
