The admissions process involves an enquiry, registration with a non-refundable £240 fee, entrance assessments (including the Oxford Placement Test, a written English assignment, and CAT 4 cognitive testing), and an interview with the Head. Applicants must provide two recent school reports translated into English and a copy of their passport.

The academic year is divided into three terms: Autumn, Spring, and Summer. Each term includes a half-term break, with boarding houses closing during these periods and for the Christmas and Easter holidays. The school provides specific term dates for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 academic years, with new boarders typically arriving shortly before the start of each term.

Located in Mill Hill Village, London, the school is set within the extensive grounds of the Mill Hill Education Group, which spans over 250 acres of woods, fields, and sports pitches. Boarding pupils are integrated into the boarding houses shared with Mill Hill School. The campus provides access to various facilities for sports, music, and academic study, with easy transport links to Central London via the Northern Line and local bus services.

Pupils participate in a wide range of activities, including musical ensembles, individual and team sports, and community service projects such as supporting AgeUK and observing World Water Day.
