The Lycée Français International Théodore Monod (LFITM) is a leading French, bilingual, and international school in Abu Dhabi. It provides high-quality education to over 1,750 students across two campuses, following the French national curriculum while integrating international perspectives.

Programmes

The school offers a French–English bilingual pathway (starting in Nursery) and a standard French pathway. Students are prepared for the Diplôme National du Brevet (DNB) and the French International Baccalaureate (BFI). Instruction is provided by a team of 180 professionals, with most teachers appointed by the French Ministry of Education.

About the campus

The school operates a state-of-the-art campus on Saadiyat Island featuring modern facilities and cutting-edge equipment. Starting in the 2026–2027 school year, the historic Al Bateen campus will reopen to serve primary school students. The school also houses the Knowledge and Culture Hub (PCC), which includes the "Marmothèque" for the youngest students, the BCD (Library and Documentation Center) for primary students, and the 3C (Knowledge and Culture Center) for secondary students.
