Admissions
MacLachlan College welcomes applications throughout the year and encourages families to begin the process well in advance. The admissions process includes an application fee of $250, and upon acceptance, a one-time non-refundable enrollment fee of $3,000 and a $3,000 registration deposit are required for students in Grades 1–12. The school offers a bursary program for students from varying economic backgrounds, with awards up to $20,000 based on financial need, academic, athletic, and artistic accomplishments, and community contributions.
Calendar
The school operates on an annual cycle, with re-registration agreements and deposits for returning students due by January 30th. New applicants for financial assistance are encouraged to apply by February 15th to be considered in the first round of decisions. Official tax receipts for eligible child care expenses are provided annually by March 15th.
