The school follows a project-based learning approach, the Reggio Emilia philosophy, and the Conscious Discipline social-emotional curriculum. The school offers a bilingual curriculum integrating the Mexican National Curriculum (SEP) with international standards. Early Childhood (ages 2–5) focuses on sensory and motor development; Elementary (ages 6–11) utilizes US Common Core Standards and the Singapore Math program; Middle School (ages 12–14) follows the IB Middle Years Program (MYP); and High School (ages 15–18) offers the IB Diploma Program (IBDP) alongside an advanced UNAM curriculum.

Eton School is a 2022 Cognia School of Distinction. Students consistently perform above global averages on Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) tests. Graduates frequently receive offers from prestigious universities in Mexico and abroad, supported by an IB Diploma Program where 90% of candidates passed, exceeding the 85% global average.

The school employs a "whole-child approach," with teachers who develop relationships with students to ensure they are mentally and emotionally prepared for learning. Specialized support is available for students with specific developmental needs through a team of psychologists, pedagogists, and teacher aides. The admissions process begins with an inquiry, followed by the submission of an application form. Prospective families are invited to attend information sessions and campus tours. Applicants (excluding Nursery and Pre-Kinder) must pass an entrance exam to gauge language and math skills, with results provided within 5 to 10 business days.

The school year typically runs from August/September through May. Key dates include professional growth meetings for staff (no school for students), national holidays such as Mexican Independence Day and Constitution Day, and breaks including Winter and Spring breaks. The calendar also features specific events like the Global Games, NAE STEAM Festival, and student expeditions.

The school operates across three locations: a Toddler Center, a Preschool, and a Santa Fe campus for Elementary, Middle, and High School. The Santa Fe campus spans 17,500 square meters and includes an art room, an Information and Resource Center, a Makerspace, a computer room, and a science lab. The environment is designed to be stimulating and nature-integrated, featuring sensory exploration areas and specialized learning centers.

Students participate in a wide range of after-school activities, including sports, theater, and music workshops such as cello, guitar, violin, recorder, ukulele, and choir. Additional opportunities include robotics competitions, Model United Nations (MUN), student government, and service projects with NGOs. Students also engage in international events through the Nord Anglia Global Campus and Global Games.
