Clavis International Primary School is an inclusive, English-medium school open to students who can benefit from its inquiry-based curriculum. The admissions process involves a review of previous school reports, confidential recommendations, and, for Pre-Primary applicants, a one-hour classroom observation. Primary applicants undergo an entrance assessment covering language and mathematics. Tours are available by appointment, Monday to Thursday at 09:00, and the Head of School holds final authority on all enrollment decisions.

The school operates on an academic year that includes scheduled breaks and events. A mid-term break is scheduled for 8th–10th June 2026. The calendar also features various school activities, such as music concerts, cross-country events, and three-way conferences.

The school operates two campuses in Mauritius. The Moka Campus is situated at the foot of Mount Ory, while the newer Beau Champ Campus is located within the Anahita Beau Champ smart city, set amidst a sugar cane plantation. Facilities across the campuses include library corners, music rooms, playgrounds, and equipment for physical activity. The Beau Champ site is designed for aesthetic sustainability and is expanding its capacity annually.

The school offers a range of extra-curricular activities designed to foster creativity and curiosity. Offerings include 'Rhythmic Adventure' (percussion), a Science Club for hands-on experiments, and 'Trash to Treasure' for creative projects using recycled materials. While the school does not directly offer tennis, students have access to weekly sessions at the nearby Anahita court.
