Admissions
The College welcomes applications for girls from a variety of primary schools and does not require entrance examinations or interviews. Applications are accepted from both Catholic and non-Catholic families, with priority on the waiting list given to daughters of alumni and siblings of current, past, or future students. The process requires a $250 application fee, a family reference, and relevant documentation such as birth and baptism certificates. A non-refundable $750 acceptance fee is required to secure a place on the confirmed class list, followed by a $2,500 confirmation fee two years prior to the commencement date.
Calendar
The academic year is divided into four terms. Term 1 typically commences in late January, with Year 7 students starting slightly earlier than other year groups. The academic year concludes in early December, with Year 10 and 11 students finishing slightly earlier than students in Years 7 through 9.

About the campus
Located in North Sydney, the campus features a blend of historical and state-of-the-art facilities, including the Scientia Terrace, the McQuoin Centre for sports and assemblies, and the O’Regan Arts and Cultural Common, which houses a 370-seat theatre. Academic resources include a modern library with over 15,988 items, a Visual Arts and Design and Technology complex, a hospitality kitchen, and a dedicated senior study centre, Mercy House. The grounds also contain a College Chapel, an indoor heated 25-metre swimming pool, and a strength and conditioning gym.
Co-curriculars
Students participate in a wide range of activities, including performing arts such as music, vocals, concerts, drama clubs, and Theatresports. The sports program offers various options for both competition and enjoyment, supported by facilities like an indoor heated swimming pool and a strength and conditioning gym. Additionally, the College engages in debating, industry and entrepreneurship programs, and social justice initiatives through its Mercy in Action program, which includes cultural immersions both within Australia and abroad.
