The school follows a child-centric approach that prioritises the holistic growth of each student. It utilises the 'Free-Flow-Play' technique, or 'Learn through Play', which allows children to lead their own activities under teacher guidance to foster imagination, creativity, and self-confidence. The school follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, which focuses on five key areas: personal, social, and emotional development; communication and language; and physical development. All classes are conducted in English. The programme caters to children from nursery through to kindergarten and Year 1, with an emphasis on developing social, intellectual, emotional, and physical skills.

The school prepares children for entry into primary school, with a strong track record of graduates moving on to premier international schools in Bangkok, such as Shrewsbury, King’s College, St. Andrews, and NIST. Others transition to respected Thai or bilingual programmes, including Mater Dei and Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Elementary School. The curriculum focuses on building confidence, social skills, and academic foundations to ensure a smooth transition to the next stage of education.

The school maintains a small student-teacher ratio, typically ranging between 1:10 and 1:15 depending on the age group, to ensure attentive care. A qualified nurse is on duty in the school's sick bay to support student health and well-being. The staff is trained to provide a nurturing environment that addresses the unique needs and abilities of each child.

The school admits boys and girls of all nationalities and religious backgrounds aged 18 months to 6 years. Prospective families are encouraged to book a school tour, complete an application form, and provide necessary documentation, including a copy of the child's passport or birth certificate. The school offers flexible enrolment options, including short-term stays for expatriate families, with no long-term commitment required.

The school operates on a three-term academic year. The 2025/26 academic year runs from September 3, 2025, to June 26, 2026, with scheduled half-term breaks and holidays throughout the year. Office hours are 8:30 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.

The campus is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the YenAkart/Sathorn area of Bangkok and features two purpose-built buildings. Facilities include a library, an indoor playroom, a gymnasium, an assembly hall, and a sick bay. Outdoor amenities consist of a rubber-surfaced playground, a grass playfield, a swimming pool, and a planting shelter for gardening activities. Classrooms are equipped with learning tools such as interactive whiteboards.

The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities designed to foster holistic development, including swimming, music, arts and crafts, and cooking classes. Throughout the academic year, students participate in events such as Christmas parties, museum trips, Easter parades, birthday celebrations, sports days, and treasure hunts. Additionally, the school hosts seasonal discovery camps, such as the 'Colourful Seasons Discovery Camp'.
