The school follows the International Curriculum Association’s IEYC, IPC, and IMYC frameworks, alongside Cambridge International Standards for English and Mathematics. Secondary students pursue the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and Advanced (A) Levels. Additionally, the school offers the Khmer National Curriculum, which is registered with Cambodia’s Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Compulsory subjects across the school include Art, ICT, PE, Swimming, Library, and Music.

More than 95% of students pursue higher education after graduation. The school maintains partnerships with 11 universities globally to support student transitions to tertiary education.

The school employs staff with specialisms in working with children who require additional support. The leadership team emphasizes a student-centered approach that integrates academic development with emotional well-being.

The school encourages prospective families to book a tour and meet with the management team to discuss enrollment. Applicants must submit a completed application form, past school reports, a birth certificate, and any relevant medical records. Students are placed in grades based on their age, with a birthday cutoff of July 31st. Tuition fees are paid annually or by semester, with additional costs for registration, materials, and capital fees.

The school year includes a Back-to-School Afternoon, which is scheduled for September 4th, 2025. The school operates on a schedule that runs from 7:30 am to 2:45 pm for Early Years and Primary students, and until 3:20 pm for Secondary students.

Located in the BKK 3 district of Phnom Penh, the campus features two seven-story buildings and one five-story building. Facilities include biology, physics, and chemistry laboratories, art and music rooms, a library, and a STEAM Center. Sports facilities include a swimming pool and the "Thunderdome," which houses basketball and volleyball courts, alongside shared eating and play areas and a garden.

The school offers an extensive extra-curricular program that includes sporting, academic, and cultural activities. Students participate in over 20 electives and extra-curricular options, including a student-led newspaper called The Thunder Times and a Model UN program. The school also hosts House Games competitions and various school events throughout the year.
