The school offers a bilingual English-French curriculum for children aged 3 to 13. The Early Years programme (ages 3–5) follows both UK and French curricula, while the primary section (ages 5–13) offers distinct British (KS1/KS2 and Year 7) and French (CP to 5ème) academic pathways. The school also provides full and flexi-boarding options.

The school's academic programme is structured to prepare students for entrance to top secondary schools worldwide. It aims to develop confident, autonomous, and resilient lifelong learners who are prepared for both academic challenges and the broader experiences of life.

The school maintains small class sizes to ensure individual attention for every student. The boarding team provides support with homework and organization, aiming to help students feel at home and integrated into school life as quickly as possible. Pastoral care is provided throughout the day and night to support the emotional and social development of each child.

The school accepts applications for day and boarding students aged 3 to 13. The process involves submitting an application form, providing school reports and a teacher reference, and attending a personal interview with the headmistress. Admission is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable registration fee of 500 CHF for day students or 1,500 CHF for boarders.

The academic year is divided into three terms, typically running from September to December, January to March, and April to June. The school also offers optional ski camp weeks during the February half-term and hosts dedicated summer and winter camps. Boarding students are provided with specific arrival and departure dates for each term, including airport transfer arrangements.

Situated on 2 hectares of rural land at an altitude of 1,200 meters, the campus features a traditional Swiss chalet with classrooms, study areas, and bedrooms accommodating up to four children. The site includes wireless laptop computers and interactive whiteboards, as well as a private forest shelter used for environmental education. Outdoor amenities comprise various sports courts, a swimming pool, and extensive grounds surrounded by forests and meadows.

The school emphasizes outdoor experiences, including skiing and mountain activities, supported by its location near the Villars-sur-Ollon ski resort. Students participate in a 'Forest School' programme, ecological activities at a dedicated base camp, and themed buffet feasts. Sports facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, golf course, football field, basketball court, volleyball area, and table tennis.
