The school offers a continuous educational pathway from Nursery through Upper Secondary, following the Cambridge International Curriculum. The academic programme is complemented by the ASDAN curriculum for students with additional needs and optional classes in the Indonesian National Curriculum, including Civics, Bahasa Indonesia, and Religion. Instruction is supported by MAP Growth assessments, Cambridge progression tests, and Checkpoint assessments to monitor and guide student progress.

Students are prepared for further education and the workforce through internationally recognised qualifications, including Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level examinations. The curriculum fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and independence, ensuring graduates are equipped to thrive in an interconnected global environment. For students following the Indonesian National Curriculum, the school also provides preparation for required national examinations.

A comprehensive support ecosystem is available, including a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and school counsellors. The school offers a 'Package of Care' approach, providing tailored support such as co-taught lessons, group therapy, or individual therapy based on student needs. Additionally, the Towards Independence program, based on the ASDAN curriculum, is available at the Umalas campus for students requiring a more personalised, life-skills-focused pathway.

ProEd Global School welcomes students from diverse backgrounds and maintains a close-knit community through small class sizes. The application process includes an enquiry, a school tour, and a complimentary two-day trial to ensure a proper fit. While enrolment at the start of a term is preferred, mid-term applications are considered based on availability and individual circumstances.

The school operates two campuses in Bali: the Umalas campus, located between Seminyak and Canggu, and the Nuanu campus in Tabanan. The Umalas campus features 21 classrooms, a library, an art room, a music room, a swimming pool, a basketball court, a sports pitch, and a café. Both campuses provide dedicated learning spaces designed to balance academic focus with creative and physical exploration.

The school offers over 30 extracurricular activities, including art, basketball, and yoga, to support well-rounded development. Students participate in the Bali Sports & School Association (BSSA) for competitive team sports, such as football, which emphasize leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Activities are scheduled after the regular school day, typically concluding by 4:15 PM.
